For universities, the increasing demand of advanced translators is a good phenomenon, but the current mode of cultivating such talents is far from satisfactory. University teachers face the pressure of applying for professional titles while dealing with students. Professional titles are still primarily decided by one's research. So, to set up a proper evaluation system for professional titles is the priority to meet the needs of teachers' development in universities.

Teaching translators in universities should feature multidimensional education so as to promote sustainable development of the translation industry. With more and more Chinese enterprises going out, the demand of Chinese-to-English translators has increased rapidly. Language service calls for depth and high-quality. For universities and training organizations, we should not only teach students translation knowledge, but also encourage them to learn negotiating stills, legal provisions and other relevant knowledge in order to create all-round translation talents.
